It is the start of a new week.  Hopefully it means that the stubborn slot machines that Americans are being forced to suffer will loosen up.  Over the entire weekend not one major slots jackpot was hit at online casinos still accepting wagers from the United States.  Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened during the month of March.

The jackpot draught may be worse that it seems.  Not only were there no major jackpots this weekend, it seems to be a problem that started earlier this week and has just continued through to the weekend.  Although there have been no major jackpots, it does not mean there are no big wins being paid out at online casinos. 

“It is true that it has been a slow weekend as far as slot jackpots have gone,” said Timothy Bearens, a gambler who prefers online casinos.

“But this was a weekend where many big slot tournaments were either finishing up, or started the home stretch. So I think people were just more focused on the tournaments.”

Again it is the start of the new week and in a few days it will be the start of a new month.  New weeks represent new opportunity.  But a new month means most online casinos will be marketing some new tournament or promotional opportunity.
