It is possible that, were the great man alive today, Albert Einstein may have supported online casinos.  If not, he has certainly left advocates for online casinos with a heck of a slogan and some really good advice.

Einstein was quoted as saying, “Laws alone cannot secure freedom of expression; in order that every man present his views without penalty there must be tolerance in the entire population.”

“The state does not have the constitutional right to pass laws that affect international commerce and that includes anything over the internet.”

Back to Einstein.  Walters believe that the future of online casinos may rest in the hands of the individual states.  Let it first be noted that gaming has always been a state issue and should be no different for online casinos.  But it today’s poor economic climate, most states are looking for new revenue to close gaping budget deficits.  The thriving online casino industry may be the answer.
