Last week, Ticonderoga Ventures Inc. was responsible for a first in the history of online casinos.  The first virtual trade show for online casinos was launched on March 27, 2008.  It was a part of the Casino Affiliate Convention; held between the hours of 12pm and 11pm GMT.

The conference was free to all industry professionals and affiliates connected to online casinos.  Plenty of big names turned out.  In attendance were executives from the following industries: casinos, online casinos, online gaming, venture capital, software, payment processing, sportsbook, affiliate marketing, mobile telecom, and skill gaming.  The software provider for the virtual conference was Pringo Networks.

The virtual event was designed to compliment the Casino Affiliate Convention to be held during April 3-5, 2008.  It will be held in the NH Krasnapolsky Hotel in Amsterdam.  Over the last six years, the Casino Affiliate Convention has become the most important marketing business event for online casinos and the gaming industry.  Everything from new technologies, management, business models, and advanced marketing methods are presented at the convention.

No event surrounding online casinos draws as many affiliates.  The event also has the highest turn out of super affiliates and more show up each year.

Delegates used last week’s virtual conference to identify new business opportunities and schedule meeting in advance of the convention in Amsterdam.  Online casinos are booming and evolving rapidly.  The virtual conference gave it’s very busy executives the opportunity to maximize the efficiency of this weeks convention.
