Jackpot Factory has made a name for themselves by producing online casinos with a huge list of great games and the most reliable customer service in the business.  But a change is in the wind as their long time spokesperson, David Brickman, has been promoted to Vice President of Player Affairs, effective immediately.

As VP of Player Affairs Brickman will be heavily involved in day-to-day concerns of players from the companies various online casinos.  He will work very closely with the 24/7 customer support center.  The added responsibility does not take him away from his role as official spokesperson for Jackpot Factory and author of The 5^th Reel.

Brickman began is career with Jackpot Factor back in 2002 as assistant brand manager for All Slots Casino.  All Slots Casino is one of the top online casinos in the world and much credit is owed to Brickman.  He was soon utilized in other managerial offices for other Jackpot Factory online casinos.  He took on the role of spokesperson for all of Jackpot Factory in 2005.
