Now that the Justice Department has ruled that there is no federal law in place prohibiting the regulation on online gambling on a state to state basis, there is a mad dash to be the first. Being the first does not necessarily guarantee, but it makes it more likely that the new industry will take its roots in New Jersey and really do a lot for the economy.
